Hi, I’m Manny. Broker, Coach, Grandpa & Your Biggest Fan (if you’re ready to grow).
I’ve been in real estate since 2002, back when phones had buttons and your CRM was a stack of Post-it notes. Over the last two decades, I’ve helped hundreds of people buy and sell homes in East Polk County, and more importantly, I’ve helped real estate agents build thriving, sustainable businesses.
Born and raised in San José, Costa Rica, I moved to Florida in 1998 and traded volcano views for lakefront living. Since then, I’ve built a career (and a brokerage) on one simple belief: real estate success shouldn’t be left to chance, it should be built with purpose.

Along the way, I’ve served as President of the East Polk County Association of REALTORS® (2018), District VP for Florida REALTORS® (District 10), and was named REALTOR® of the Year, but titles aside, what really drives me is watching good agents become great business owners.
